REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Fee of $4850 includes:

• Accommodations, 7 nights total: 4 nights at a charming hotel in the historic center of Padula, plus 3 nights at a lovely hotel in the seaside village of Scario, SA on the wild Cilento Coast.

• daily instruction and mentoring
• all meals beginning with aperitivo and dinner on day of arrival (a selection of local wine is included) and ending with breakfast on your departure day
• all entrance fees, guide fees, etc.
• all taxes
• all local transportation, including Naples Airport pick up/drop-off.

Tag-alongs: If you'd like to bring a partner along, the fee is $4200 and includes all of the above-mentioned expenses with the exclusion of instruction and mentoring.  Because this area is rather off the beaten path,  we're available to arrange outings for your partner to help them get to know the best we have to offer.

Please note: Payments for this workshop will be processed in US dollars through the US Paypal account of Melinda Borysevicz, not the the Art Center's Italian account. 

An Overview of Terms and Conditions of Participation:

Once paid, your deposit is non-refundable except in the event that we need to cancel the workshop. If you need to cancel for any reason, our refund structure is as follows:

• Cancel before July 10, 2026: Full refund (minus the deposit amount).​

• ​If you cancel your booking between June 12 and July 10, you will get 50% of the balance (minus a $500 deposit) refunded. Any bank/PayPal charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. 
• If cancellation occurs after July 10, no refund is offered. 

If we have fewer than the minimum number of bookings 7 weeks before the workshop is due to start, we will cancel the event. Anyone who has booked will be notified immediately and a refund for 100% of the payment (including the deposit) will be issued. We do not refund any travel costs.

Important dates

Friday, July 10 - Registration must be paid in full.

Saturday, September 12 - Program begins
*Pick-up at Naples International Airport (NAP) at 1pm or at the Salerno train station at 2pm, please plan accordingly. We encourage you to have lunch before getting on the bus as the kitchen will be closed when we arrive in Padula.

Saturday - Program ends
*We will leave the hotel at 8:30am for a drop-off at 11am at Naples airport, and 12 noon at Salerno train station, please plan accordingly. For anyone planning to explore further by train after the workshop, a drop-off at the Sapri station can also be arranged. Please email us if you'd like to know more about this option.
