Enjoy this all-inclusive experience in the incomparable beauty of the Italian countryside while studying the prismatic palette. We will be painting at a variety of locations studying from both grand vistas as well as more intimate views in historic sites.
This is your opportunity to study atmospheric color recession and learn how to employ rich neutrals to extend your range of color. Joe will discuss the importance of unity, variety & overall harmony. We will delve into capturing what makes each day different and how to capture specific effects of light- and all this while enjoying the wine and foods of the region.
You can expect to work on two paintings each day. There will be some hiking so students must be feeling fit!
No finer way to get in touch with one’s inner Italian!
